Ultra Smiles Dental Practice Cancellation Policy

At Ultra Smiles in Dulwich Hill, we understand that you may not be able to attend your scheduled appointment from time to time. However, to ensure that we can provide timely dental care to all our patients, we kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation policy.

Ultra Smiles Dental Practice Cancellation Policy

We ask that all patients provide us with at least 24 hours notice, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of dental care.

A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to patients who cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office directly at (02) 9145 0149 during our regular business hours. If you need to cancel outside of our business hours, you may send an email to hello@ultrasmilesdental.com.au.

Opening Hours:


We understand that emergencies can occur, leading to late cancellations or rescheduling. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. Documentation may be requested to waive the fee.

No-Show Policy:

Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will also be subject to the $50 cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By providing notice of cancellation or rescheduling in a timely manner, you help us maintain a high level of service and availability to all our patients.
